Regular massage with fragrant oil is quite good. Patchouli, geranium and lavender are some of the fragrance oils used for the hair.
1. Keep the scalp very clean to get shining hair.
2. While taking hair bath, carefully handle your hair.
3. Applying natural oil to the scalp and massaging the scalp for 5 minutes ensure good shiny hair.
4. When your hair is oily then extra care should be taken to get shiny hair. Regularly rub the scalp with lemon, so your hair becomes shiny as the oily dandruff is destroyed.
Tips for Shiny Hair:
1. Reduce the usage of hairstyling tools like blow dryers as it could dry out the hair and produce damages.
2. For washing the hair, try to use cool water only.
3. Don’t cut or dye your hair as you wish. Consult a beautician before doing it.
4. Simply use natural oil on your hair. It makes the hair to look shiny and healthier.
5. When you use a hair dryer, then it would eliminate the hair moisture from it. So use shampoos and conditioners which could retain the moisture to the hair.
6. Deep condition makes your hair to look good and shiny.
7. To rinse the hair use tea and beer, it brings natural shine to the hair. It is one of the oldest ways that our formers did.
8. Avoid brushing and combing when the hair is wet.
What are the types of hair?
Fine hair, normal hair, thick and coarse hair are the three types of hair.
Fine Hair:
Use a shampoo with wheat protein and polymers to the fine hair. The wheat protein and polymers will coat the hair and the hair looks thicker as before.
Normal Hair:
Use a shampoo that contains silk amino acids for the normal hair. This softens and repairs the hair structure and restores the actual texture of the hair. You can add more shine by using gels and creams.
Thick and coarse hair:
Use pomades to moisturize the thick and coarse hair.
