Face cleaning is a must to keep your face beautiful and bright. You should wash your face in a right way. Use best moisturizers and protect your face from UV rays. You can make an oily, dry or listless face skin to be glowing and radiant. Spend 15 minutes for your face, in the morning and evening to take care of the face.
Face Cleaning: Face cleaning is the most important physical aspect of the body which makes the face beautiful and bright.
Methods of Face Cleaning:
1. You can rub your face well with an ice cube.
2. Take a Tomato; rub it all over the face and neck. Wait for 15 minutes and wash it out.
3. Using a teaspoon of un-boiled milk with the help of a cotton wool, rub all over your face gently. Give circular movements and upward strokes on the neck side also. Allow it for about 15 minutes and gently wash with cold water.
4. Cut an apple into small and thin pieces. Keep it on the face and leave for about 15 minutes. Apple pieces will soak up the extra oil and close the pores.
5. Dilute the buttermilk and apply it on the face and leave it for 15 minutes, then gently with the help of cotton wool wipe your face. All this will make your face clean.
Basic Skin Care:
Daily 3 step skin care is used for skin which might be oily, normal / combination, dry/ sensitive or sun-damaged. Three steps are explained as follows:
Step 1: Cleaning:
Try to avoid bar soaps because it dries out your skin. Cleansers contain water, oil and surfactants. The oil in the cleanser will dissolves the oil on the face and the surfactants will dissolve the dirt. At last the water will wash. The secret of the product is only in the right mixing of oil. Too much or too little is not good for the face skin.
Step 2: Exfoliate:
Many people will do the exfoliate step weekly once. When you continue it regularly then your face is noticeable by everyone. Men are youthful than women generally because they exfoliate daily while shaving. Chemical peels and Retinoid are some methods of exfoliate your face skin.
When exfoliating is performed once in a week with a Microdermabrasion kit then the face will be glowing. Gently scrub with tiny grains since big grains scrubs will be harmful.
What are Toners?
Toners are generally used to remove all remaining traces of makeup, dirt and oil. When you are using a good cleanser then there is no need for a toner.
Step 3: Moisturize:
Though the face skin is oily or normal, moisturizing gives much benefit. It gives moisture to the skin. When you over moisturize the skin then this may cause clogged pores.
